Taco Bell - Albany

Paid $10 for two steak quesaritos and instead I got ground bark. it was rolled up and packed as quesarito, so I really don't know where the fault was. that was around 5 o'clock, 1 other car in the drive through. no excuses, they do better. slappey drive gets my order at 2 o'clock. What about dawson?

Bad customer service skills, I asked about a new feature item on the menu and the person taking my order caught an attitude. Also the cheese is also freezing cold.

Strange a company that offers a breakfast menu but doe s not open till most working people are at work!!

Fast friendly service. Order was correct and my daughter said her tacos were really good.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.Got off work around 12am stopped at drive through took over an hour just to get to the speaker to give my order, sat at the speaker for half an hour with no employee contact. Finally drove to window, saw no employee anywhere. Finally someone poked their head around the corner and saw me the ran back to the back of the store. I had to pull around to the front doors and knock repeatedly till finally 2 employees came to the front and informed me that do to short staff they we not serving. However all open signs were on, there was no note anywhere to let anyone know that they were not serving. And instead of employees informing customers the only employees there were literally HIDING from the customers.
