The Ginger Man - Albany

Finished every last bit and had dessert!' Doesn't happen often , but it seems the Ginger man knows my weakness for delicious gourmet food.

Dropped by for a quick dinner Neighborhood looks little roughThe ambiance inside is very good though, dark and cozy, especially the back dining room.

Good cheese Board. Waitress forgot about us though...took a Looooong time to get another glass of wine and my salad.

Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water.
