Wasabi - Albany

Great food, however make sure you make some time because good food takes some time.

I enjoyed the food, but I had a negative experience with the service. I felt ignored and my order was not properly checked. I arrived when the restaurant first opened and had to wait 30 minutes before I received any food.

I have visited both the Albany and Saratoga locations of Wasabi. They offer a wide selection of rolls, but both times I found the food to be just average. It's a decent spot if you're looking to have some sushi, but don't expect to be blown away. The service has been consistently good with attentive staff who are quick to refill drinks and accommodate any requests.

I have had great experiences with the waitstaff and the food at this restaurant. However, during my last visit, we were unexpectedly rushed out after 45 minutes, even though there is a 2-hour time limit. It was disappointing to be pushed out for another group to take our table, especially after spending over $100. What made it worse was the owner's response to my Yelp review, implying that we should not have dined so close to closing time. We arrived 4 hours before closing and still felt rushed out, which was rude and presumptuous.

I LOVE this place!$30 for all you can eat, quality sushi is more than fair.
