Roma Pizza - Albemarle

It was my first time eating at a Roma restaurant. The dining room is clean and inviting. Food is priced well and looks, tastes and smells really good. Portion is ok for the price. Service is friendly and fun. The location is convenient and close to other shopping places. Will go back to try more menu items.

We pre ordered 6 pizzas for my daughters 4th birthday party on 7/15/23….when we got there to pick up pizzas they were not ready. It was 30 minutes after said pick up time that the pizzas were ready. This made us late getting party set up because of Roma pizza. We called 2 hours in advance to place our order. So if you are looking for a dependable place for pizza pick up I suggest you go somewhere else than Roma. Pizzas were just ok, nothing to brag about here!

The service was awesome.... Was her first day working. Prior service has been great!Food......Gyro kinda bland. Could use some Marjoram, or Italian seasoning and something acidic.. No olives and no feta. It's pretty basic.Pizza by the slice... Basic but good! The dough and cheese is average but nothing above average.

My daughter loves the spaghetti here and enjoys it very much every time she gets it!Vegetarian options: They have lots of meat free options!Kid-friendliness: Fun games and toy machines.

We decided to give this restaurant another chance, but it turned out to be even worse than before. We went in to order takeout and waited for ONE HOUR without receiving our food. They kept promising it would be ready in just 5 more minutes. When we finally asked for a refund, a man came from the back to approve it without offering any apologies or explanations. The service was neither good nor friendly. It's truly unbelievable.
