There are no words to describe how terrible we were served! the eating was average, appalling customer service, no love to detail and very the RUDE staff (example given by manager.) I have friends and family said to avoid this place. definitiw one of my worst experiences.

The personal is friendly. the appetizers are good, but a little artificial. there is a buffet, but there are not many possibilities. Supe is obviously not homemade. the fish fillets were not fresh and the truthahnbeins were too salty. salates were good. chocolate mousse was terrible and it is very expensive.

The room is modern, the staff is friendly, eating is great, typical Portuguese and cheap prices. I always like to have lunch at this place. very recommended.

This restaurant has a beautiful room and friendly staff. but for the desired price I would expect a little more. the Azores menu was ok, but only that. I recommend that you try 3 or 4 different dishes and desserts.
