Kfc - Albert Lea

The food was good, but the restaurant could benefit from a thorough cleaning now and then.

We chose to dine indoors, arriving just after 4 PM. Unfortunately, the interior was quite dirty. We found ourselves waiting a long time for the customers ahead of us to receive their fries before we could place our own order. I suspect this delay was similar to the confusion two employees had while trying to process a delivery order. This location clearly requires repairs or a remodel, as all the benches were torn, and the chairs were in very poor condition.

Ordered 4 chicken bowls. Good and filling as usual.

The staff here are extremely friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but they were doing their best to get everything out quickly. I really enjoyed the extra crispy bucket!

They are not too fast, but this is okay if it is hot fresh and tasty and great customer service. by far the best kfc in minnesota I was so far.
