Wendy's - Albert Lea

One of the best fast food restaurants I've visited in a long time! They really prioritize quick service, with no wait time for ordering, and the pick-up station is conveniently located right next to the register.

My order was taken exactly and my food was served immediately. the place seems very clean and well maintained. the personal was friendly and personal. make sure they stop at a time and feel that they would do again.

The guy behind the counter was new and flustered but the manager was calm and helped him through it. Looks like they employ the throw them in the deep end training technique and it showed. The other workers were just standing around chatting. The food was good though. Crispy fries.

I don't usually go to Wendy's because they don't offer vegetarian food, but stopped by for a strawberry shake. At this restaurant I was saw employees working at a fast pace and yet you could see they had concern for their customers. Sometimes you can just tell, and these workers seemed to care.

We were greeted with amazing energy and loan treatment murder and smile! I don't know if the nice worker was a manager, but she was pretty and she greeted my day. I love seeing this and all customer service workers should be so. right!? loves our eating thank you, sweetie, that they receive all good vibes they spend.
