El Sol King Pollo - Albertville

The roasted chicken at El Pollo Asado is consistently delicious, and the cheese dip with chips is always a tasty choice. I always enjoy dining there.

I only popped into this restaurant because I was in a rush and hadn't eaten all day. I was shopping and realized I needed something to eat. I was directed to the back to place my order and was told I couldn't order a child-size portion, even though I always have my gastric bypass card on me. After some difficulty, they finally accepted it. I ordered the Chicken Nachos, but they were disappointingly dry. I'm not sure if it was because of my gastric bypass or just a bad day with the cheese sauce. They could have definitely done better... Just my opinion, but then again, I'm just a random person who walked in off the street.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The service is fantastic and the food is always fresh. It's definitely one of my favorite places to dine!

The food is delicious! I haven't had anything that I didn't love, but their tortas and house made chips are my favorite.

My Gf and I were in albertville today and they went to this place for lunch. The place was packed, and the food was as authentic as it comes. Considered good, great eye irritation and the taste was incredible.. This is really the best authentic Mexican food in Alabama. I haven't eaten so well since I left SoCal in the 70s. Go to the atmosphere and enjoy the best in Alabama.
