Very poor service. Everytime we come here the service gets worse. Had to ask for my side salad after other food was out. Can only get 1 drink because the servers only come to the table to take the order then deliver it. Training needs to be updated or something. Love pizza hut but unfortunately probably will not be returning to the albion location. If I could give 0 stars I would

Ticket was around $65. Left a $10 cash tip so wrote a line through the tip line on the receipt. Bank statement showed transaction was over $90. Manager stated since the receipt had a signature, there was nothing they could do.

The bill was around $65. We left a $10 cash tip so we wrote a line through the tip line on the receipt. Our bank statement shows a transaction around $90. Manager states since our signature is on the receipt, there is nothing they can do. Subpar waitress walked away with a 50% tip.

We got awful service and then the manager got mad at us for getting our own drink refills because our waitress ignored us. He basically kicked us out ! We'll never go back into the Albion Pizza hut as long as the new guy manager is there. They need to fire him he's gonna drive away customers with that attitude.
