Subway - ALBION

Order online, added smashed advocado, I was charged for it but it was not on my sub. This is second time it has happened. I called Albion location the first time, was told I would get a coupon if I drove there to get it. Customer service is horrible. Customers should not have to go out of their way when the error is Subway 's. Not providing what is paid for is stealing. A $1.70 here, there.....all adds up. Sales and inventory won 't reconcile, but management shows no concern for lack of service or stealing from customers.

My wife ordered us take out in Albion got home and my sandwich was so soggy it bled through the take-out bag. The was stuff on the sandwich I didn't order. I drove back to store to get it replaced with what I ordered and when I got home and took a bite out of it I chipped my tooth on what appears to be a peanut. I would like to be contacted by someone or I will be contacting a lawyer Service: Take out

Had an online order got there when it was said to be done got home neither sandwich was toasted go back they still can't get it right remade one toasted it and then she asked her coworker does that look toasted you work at subway and can't tell when a sub is toasted wow time to hire new people.
