Applebee's Grill - Albuquerque

The food was fantastic! There was a mix-up with our order because they accidentally duplicated it, and one of the orders wasn’t paid for. I'm not sure how that happened, but it all turned out fine. Food rating: 5/5!

I just had dinner, and it wasn't great. I ordered the Bourbon Steak, but it was served to me as a Hamburger Steak. I had to send it back, and I ended up waiting a long time for the correct order. By the time I got it back, my wife had already finished her meal. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, especially for a new restaurant. They also didn't make it easy for me to find the restroom. I had recommended this place to some young people, thinking it would be nice, and I'm really disappointed. Shame on them for not meeting expectations, especially for a brand like Applebee's.

Dining at Applebee's is a consistent experience no matter the location. Their menu has been streamlined, and prices have increased. There is no wait time for seating. The service is quite good, but the music in the bar area is a bit too loud. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Eating wasn't too bad, I had that huhn alfredo and it was a bit dry. I wanted to ask a side of the Alfredo sauce, but my waitress never came back. my fiancé asked for a side of ranch when we first served our food to us and the waitress never brought it, but then went back to serve all drinks behind the bar. she never came back to the table to check us or bring us back. after more than 20 minutes, my fiancée had to go up into the bar to ask for what we needed and we decided to go at this point to just ask for the check and box. To make it worse, she was the only waitress that doubled as a bartender. there was however what sounded like a party in the kitchen. many people laugh and talk. no one could have helped? I would have given this review a star, but because it wasn't bad, I gave a star in the kitchen. Probably never again to this place.

Usually don't write bad reviews, but I ordered a rib dinner, the ribs were literally cold even to the touch, the felt like they just came out of a refrigerator..Servor was prompt about getting me a new order, however everyone else in my party was just about done eating, manager don't d come around but didn't offer any kind of compensation..Won't be back...
