Feedback gevenThis is a wonderful spot to enjoy some of Arby's traditional sandwiches or their latest Wagyu burger! The employees are highly skilled, dedicated, and overall fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure your meal is accurate, fresh, and promptly prepared! The establishment is tidy, spacious, and cozy. I always have a great time dining at this Arby's location, and I'm sure you will too. Keep an eye out for the unique sign located near the Jefferson exit on Paseo del Norte.
I always make a point to stop here for lunch because Alex is always fantastic to work with. He makes my experience seamless and enjoyable every time!
I went to this restaurant for lunch on October 5th, 2022. I sat in line for 30 minutes and remained patient until I finally reached the speaker to place my order. However, no one responded when I said hello multiple times. After waiting for 45 minutes, I reached the window and the employee asked what I ordered, but I hadn't been able to place an order due to the lack of response at the speaker. He told me I should have waited longer, which made me so angry that I couldn't even eat. I spent nearly an hour in the drive-thru and believe there should be a law requiring an extra lane for customers to escape poorly run establishments like this Arby's. This particular Arby's location has the worst service and attitudes I have ever experienced. It was incredibly slow and they have lost me as a customer for life.
Brian the manager and alex on the line treated me not only with unmatched courtesy, but a level of customer consideration, which is often not seen in franchises this day and age. service was succinct, the food was fresh and tasty. this is my first experience with Arby’s set a standard for the service that remembers what business like this one clasp in our hearts and especially ours. Thank you.
