Crumbl Cookies Cottonwood, Nm

My first visit to this restaurant was based on rave reviews I had heard. The cookies exceeded our expectations and were truly amazing. However, there were some negatives to our experience. Despite there being about 6 people in line ahead of us, we were never greeted by any team members. The person behind the counter who took our order didn't even say hello or offer any assistance. After paying (and leaving a tip), we were not thanked and were left unsure of where to wait for our order. While the cookies were gourmet, the lack of service left us feeling undervalued and unappreciated. I would hesitate to recommend or return to this place based on this experience. If they need help training their employees in customer service, I am available to assist. Overall, I was very disappointed by the staff and service.

I sent Crumbl Cookies to my friend in Seattle and they arrived warm and delicious! Now that I have the app, I plan on sending them to even more friends in hopes that someone will return the favor and send some to me!

Great service and the place is super cute! Cookies are exactly what you’d expect, however, they seemed to not be cooked all the way. Is this a normal Crumbl cookie? I feel like I ate mostly cookie dough haha

I always enjoy the cookies at Crumbl, but my current favorite is the Cinnamon Fruit Bread.
