The food was delicious. Kinda got coerced into ordering more than I could eat, but I didn't mind cause it was all wonderful! Passion Fruit boba was great, definitely not powder, as I could hear the smoothie blender in the background! Overall, highly recommend :

I ordered via Uber Eats. The delivery was fine. The food was not. I ordered:Hu Tieu Tom Hay Bo with beef (bland, flavorless, asked for extra spicy)Cha Gio (eggrolls made from frozen)Disappointing. I ordered last year and the food was decent. This time not so much.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE. The lady working in the front. I don't know if she's the owner but extremely rude makes it very uncomfortable to eat here or pick up a delivery here. Spend your money where it's appreciated and well deserved food is disgusting and customer service is very bad. You will regret ordering from here so don't do it.

This lady is very rude. People are waiting and she is telling the off when they ask about their orders. The place is also filthy. There was a family waiting at a table and finally walked out because they no longer could wait. I will never come back here. Oh yeah the food was also terrible.

Food is excellent. Wonton soup is superb. Service can be very slow when there is one server is also busing tables, taking payments. Nice atmosphere.
