Los Cuates - Albuquerque

I absolutely love this place! I usually go to the one on Lomas, but I can come here anytime to see Jennifer. She is one of the best servers in all of Albuquerque and always makes me feel special. You have to try the green chile cheese fries—they're the best in Albuquerque!

Dining here is outstanding, and the staff is even more impressive. I was well taken care of during my visit! If you're looking for delicious Mexican food, this is the place to be.

We had a lovely lunch! We decided to celebrate Mother's Day a bit early and enjoyed a delightful afternoon. I ordered the combination plate, which I believe is called Frank's Combo, and I really appreciated the variety it offered. I opted to substitute my regular enchilada with a bark taco and upgraded it to bark as well. I prefer my enchiladas with something other than just cheese. My wife chose the blue maize chicken chica, and it was also fantastic. The staff was wonderful, and our waitress was incredibly professional and attentive. Overall, it was a great meal!

A new Mexican friend here for lunch / brunch and it was just a 20-minute waiting time. not too full. looked at a table in the bar and was served by an excellent barkeeper. he was gracious, attentive, and poured me a delicious flavor of the month blood orange margarita. uoh wee, delicious! he has consistently refilled our waters, checked whether we needed something and how moie, a plate of ground bark enchiladas (does not roll flat), drill and rice and a combi plate appeared quickly. great atmosphere. in any case recommend and will return.

I ordered take out nachos and they were poorly made. The chips were stale and I had to wait a total of 40 minutes for them. Gave them another chance to order food again, placed my order online and went to pick it up during my lunch break (after waiting 30 minutes after I placed my order) they said it would be another 30 minutes. I told them to please cancel my order as I couldn't wait there another 30 for some enchiladas and nachos. The girl upfront told me to cancel my order online and I let her know there was no option to do that. She told me to call corporate for a refund. Called corporate to ask for my refund and they said the regional manager will take care of it same day. Waited 4 days and no refund. Called again and the girl that answered told me she would let the regional manager know and she would call me. Never called me. Next day I get an email from the regional manager that they finally processed my refund. Overall, I did way too much to get my refund for food I never got. I shouldn't have to follow up with a regional manager days after they said they took care of it. Between the last order I got, the hour long waits, and my experience with management. Probably won't be visiting them any longer. It's a shame as they are down the street from me.
