Feedback gevenThe coffee at this restaurant has a good flavor, however, if you prefer froth in your cappuccino, you may be disappointed. The waffles and Pulled beef sandwich are both tasty choices, but the Moroccan potato soup has an overwhelming amount of chili that overpowers the other flavors. If you voice a complaint, you may be told that the food is made to Dad's taste buds, which is not a satisfying response for a customer. Additionally, the cheese in toasted sandwiches is not melted at all.
After a great lunch we were on the hunt for a great coffee... 2 places had closed since our last visit so as we left MYER we stumbled across Brown Husk... they were just about to clean the machine but the lady was more than happy to make us a take away coffee. Coffee was really nice and the cafe itself was cozy and warm. Would defiantly go back.
Had a nice breakfast at Brown Husk, The chilli beans with chorizo and basil pesto was great. It's tucked away behind a pub in the main street.Friendly staff, nice feeling.
After reading great reviews I was dissapointed with breakfast. The bacon was paper thin and the tiniest eggs I've ever seen. The Apple relish was amazing on a more positive note.I did however like the atmosphere and the warmth from the heating. So I will give it another go for just cake and coffee or perhaps lunch. This venue is however off my breakfast go to list .
Great new cafe, the food was great and accomodating. Good coffee, the family rum business are all friendly. The heaters were on and it was cosy and warm. Will be back when in the area
