M Calister's Deli - Alcoa

We were now at McAlister's Deli in Knoxville and Alcoa. Both were fabulous! What a wide selection of dishes; perfect for lunch. Service was polite and fast. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a deli. I loved your food being delivered to you; what a small touch of humanity that makes such a big difference. Although I am told that the sweet tea should die, I will sing the praises of the lemonade.

The quality and variety of foods is exceptional. Always fresh and always attractive. Some days, the staff is more friendly, then others. The person who took my order today was pleasant, but not excessively helpful. It was Kid's Eat Free Day, so it could have influenced his mood.

I have this place absolutely LOVE LOVE! I have a very picky 4 years old and if they agree, everyone will agree! Good quality food and great customer service from staff! I would recommend this place to everyone. I also recommend the Wild Berry Lemonade!
