Mcdonald's - Alcoa

On September 19, 2023, I ordered what was supposed to be an Egg McMuffin, but what I received was far from appetizing. The dish was poorly cooked and had a hair in it, which was disgusting. The service was decent for takeout, but the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was not pleasant. The price per person was between $1-10. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 1.

I was disappointed that I couldn't order all of the menu items without using the app. If I can order through the app, I should be able to do the same in person, especially when it's advertised on the sign. Food was okay, service was lacking, and atmosphere was average.

The food quality was rated 2 out of 5, however, the service was satisfactory with a score of 4. The atmosphere was rated a 2. If you do visit, the cheeseburger is the recommended dish to try.

The drive through was not a fun experience. Tried to order and was getting rushed through the drive through before I could even say my full order even though I was being polite and asked for a minute. So I pulled away to go inside and order only to find a large group of people waiting in line at the register with no employee there to take orders. So i decided to use the kiosk rather than speak with a person at the register to order food even though if you pay cash you still have to pay at the register (felt like a waste of time waiting to use the kiosk and then waiting in another line to pay). I left rather annoyed instead of eating there simply becasue the wait inside was too long, and in the drivethrough i was being rushed. I can't speak for the food but the environment and customer service there was very lack luster
