Starbucks - Alcoa

Despite having a long line of 25 people, the dedicated baristas at Starbucks were able to process transactions and serve coffee to travelers, airline staff, and security personnel in just 10 minutes. Kudos to the Starbucks TYS Food Court for their efficiency! One suggestion for improvement would be to add Starbucks TYS Food Court to the Starbucks app for easier access.

The customer service here is exceptional. I highly recommend this place for a fresh, hot latte.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The food is excellent, and the coffee is also top-notch. The ambiance is lively, and the staff is charming. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality justifies it. The facilities are well-maintained as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return.

This Starbucks is faster and faster than the Maryville Store!

Actually had a pleasant experience this time! I have had my issues with Starbucks in the past but they seemed efficient and courteous.
