Todo lo que hemos cenado es de una calidad impresionante, platos elaborados con producto de primera calidad y cuidando hasta el mínimo detalle. Un lugar muy encantador, os recomiendo a que lo probéis.
Servicio espectacular. Decoración ideal. Comida inmejorable. Lo recomiendo al 100% No es barato, pero vale totalmente la pena. Nos sacaron helado de aceituna de cortesía y unos trozos de pizza espectaculares. Arroz brutal. Solomillo al chocolate también y los postres
We wanted to treat ourselves for a nice lunch. We were in the area of Alcoy and found this restaurant opened. It is a bit off the beaten path. We arrived at opening and were the only clients for quite a while. This gave us the opportunity to chat with the chef and owner. He explained the specialties of the day and there were many and proposed to us a fee regional dishes The pericana, made of fried peppers, cod, olive oil and another ingredient I forget had us a bit worried but it tuened out to be quite to our liking. We then shared cod jowls ??? Or cheeks served in a delicious salsa and potatoes. We were also served two dishes on the house , one was on philo paste truffles and tuna. We also shared a delicious steak tartar. My friend had tataki tuna salad. Quite beautiful presentation. On the table was a bottle of a local product. Olive oil were the producers have won best olive oil in the world for it The service was excellent
This is a very, very good restaurant that makes creative food. Many of the food they make is based on traditional food, but updated to a more modern style. Just try their Tiramisu. Creative and so incredibly tasty. Service, despite the busy hour, was friendly and fast. Only negative point is that the menus are not in English (or other languages) and staff could not really translate that well. But despite that, we ate very well, enjoyable!!
We chose the menu of the day for a weekday lunch. Food was impressive: made from the freshest ingredients with much creativity and research in flavor combinations. The fish of the day was sublime. Service was attentive, efficient and professional: a value for delicious food prepared by a passionate chef and served by knowledgeable staff.
