Venta San Jorge - Alcoi

We stayed for 3 nights Monday to Thursday. Used as a base to do daily hiking. Tv, fridge, aircon and showers all spot on. We had menu del dia on the tuesday...food and staff were excellent....was closed on the weds or would have gone again. The accomodation is basic but served our purpose. Plenty walking routes 10 to 20 min drive away. Free onsite parking. Dog friendly. The staff we dealt with were polite and friendly.

My partner likes getting to the ground roots of places. I do not! He wanted to stay in a remote typical Spanish style hotel. So, we chose Venta Sant Jordi for our first night in Spain. We had a small self-contained apartment at the back of the main building of the hotel. It was clean, and the linens good. We ate out so cannot comment on the restaurant service. Very little English spoken but we expected that. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss due to the language issues but that was our fault not theirs. Hotel was quiet despite being on a main road, I certainly had a very good nights sleep. would definitely be happy to go back there again.

Les doy un diez absoluto en comida, calidad, precio. Y lugar increíble.

Fuimos a almorzar, un serranito, que estaba muy muy bueno. El pan caliente, la carne sabrosa y una buena mezcla. Como algo negativo diré que quizá es pequeño para el precio que tiene pero hay veces que la calidad es más importante. Bocata café y bebida 8€

El menú es increible .la comida ,exquisita y abundante.el servicio atento,amable y rápido.local de 10 .comida de 10 y el personal de 12.por desgracia,quedan pocos lugares como este.habrá que repetir
