Typical Indian Tandoori - Alcoutim

Over the course of 3 days a bearded gentleman standing outside an Indian restaurant urged us to come sit down-we kept on telling him we would as he persevered finally, on our next to last day in Tavira, after having promised him we would come in to eat, we did so couldn't have been happier. The 4 of us had the most enjoyable meal here: the food was sublime so aromatic plentiful. The 2 lamb dishes my wife I ate had very succulent lamb with plenty of sauce which worked out fine for the tasty garlic Naan bread to dip into. The waiters quickly responded to our queries in a very polite manner. Best of all was the complimentary shot of port my waiter handed to me as I paid our bill:

We find this restaurant by luck and when we try this restaurant food was fantastic in this restaurant and they have a lot of variety food.my husband try spicy vindalo which was amazing and I try bhuna with mushrooms rice was excellent.Service friendly and helpful.

We try every month this restaurant and food was always excellent,fresh and warm here.This time we comes with our friends who never ate indian food we tell Sony to recommend the food and he choose which dishes our friends like too much.Thanks for Sony to give a good advice and tell the chef food was amazing.

We had a lovely meal here last night. Peshwari rice was an unusual option and quite delicious. Quick and pleasant service, good value and decent portion sizes.

Only we come in portugal and try Indian food this restaurant and eating was excellent here, in a warm teller and very friendly service sony serve us excellent job, highly recommended.
