See my reviews on yelp..... Owner says it 's a personal choice whether employees wear a mask and does not ask vaccination status. Total irresponsibility as far as ensuring safety of customers I asked servers did they get vaccinated and they said we 're not supposed to tell And you 're not supposed to ask Read the yelp review both of them on the masking policy and the attitude of the owner who doesn 't require the servers to wear a mask or the chefs. All customers coming in without a mask and not required to show proof of vaccination. Even prior to vaccinations I came in and saw owner talking at snack bar withthe mask down below her mouth. That was last summer. My prior review Chronicles all the other issues we 've had despite giving owner 100s of dollars to try to keep her afloat during Covid. Nancy Miller has no Gratitude toward loyal customers and is irresponsible toward promoting safety. Also she does not care about customer satisfaction as she reacts with arrogance to any complaints! My prior yelp review a couple of them and my husband 's outline most of the problems with this restaurant.

I have written three other reviews of this restaurant...one over 2 years ago. I have just discovered that my two reviews from 2021 have been put in the NOT Recommended category so are not visible on the first page. They are the most important, relevant reviews of the experience at this restaurant as I was a long term customer. My review is important for any potential patrons to read. And Yelp has limited its exposure. That is Yelp 's way of censoring reviews. I do not fall in any of their screening categories and am a legitimate long teem customer with detailed knowledge of the business and how it treats customers. Yelp does censor but calls it non-recommendation rather than censoring.

New Owners and the food is amazing, not slop and serve anymore, made from scratch. love it

Stopped in for breakfast on a trip to Buffalo. A weird smell permeated the place but we were starving. Mediocre food, our waitress looked miserable, and the coffee pot never came around for refills. We will skip this place on our next road trip.

Like all restaurants they ask you if the food is okay. If you find any fault the owner tells you to go somewhere else !
