Burger King - Aldergrove Langley

It was worst burger king location .The staff members don’t know how to do customer service.First one the girl said we cannot take your from the restaurant so we have to come drive thru in order get our food then she said just wait on side of the drive thru in the winter and we were standing outside for 20 mins in winter weather and she was serving other cars in front of us but i ordered before them and we standing there just waiting . After so much waiting in cold weather she gave us our order and the food us cold .I suggested everyone don’t go there it was so horrible and worst experience ever.I suggest the location manger or supervisor please improve your services otherwise these people (the staff members)will ruin Burger King reputation.Date :Nov 20,2023 and Time us 5:40 pm .

Very negative because I have order BK veggie burger now from this Burger King and it’s not eatableI waste my money and you can see inside material was hard and spoiled completely

Today i visit this location with my friends and really good experience. The staff members are very helpful and polite. The best this is that they also offer us many veggie options as i dont know much veggi options. Tried their veggie burger nad mozzarella sticks. It's amazing. I highly recommend to visit this location and enjoy the amazing experience ???Vegetarian options: Mozzarella sticks , veggie burgers and onion rings

Burger patties seem hotter then most locations which is great. Always consistent at this location.

Today , I visit this store and get original chicken sandwich meal. The food was fresh and good in taste . The staff of store so polite .
