Came through the dirve-thru for breakfast on a Saturday morning, they said there was a wait on hashbrowns (we only ordered 1). There was already 2 other cars waiting and then at least 3 more after us. We waited for about 15 min and the cars before us got their orders at the same time we did. The staff were friendly but it was a crazy wait for simple breakfast orders. To make it worse our hashbrown wasn't even hot after waiting all that time.
Maybe Katelynn Alexandrea in the reviews had a good experience, but not for myself and apparently others. So calling other complainers Karen 's is such a Karen thing to do.My review:First time at this location to pickup cold drinks via drive through. It will be our last time at this location. While we waited to give our order, the line infront of us was not moving. Not usually normal for most locations. A wait would be fine but it was not a typical wait. Once we ordered, and finally got to the window, the lady gave us the wrong drinks. But had our order somewhere else. All that waiting and they did have the correct drinks ready at the last window? They had to take an additional few minutes to find out order.Hope they figure it out.
They corrected my order for free. But that's not all. The young man at the back who made the error made a point of coming to the drive thru window to tell me he was sorry for the mistake! Rare to have a great food employee make such an admission and apologize! He should be raised to management!
