Triple O's Mission Silverdale

Going swimming all year in an outdoor heated pool area, love it. Can't wait for when the water slide area opens. Lifeguards are fantastic and informative.

Very young workers that felt that it would be a good idea to sit on buckets and play on there phones. I understand it's in a community center/ice rink and not very busy but they need to look professional. My burger did not look fresh nor was it hot. These employees need a tune up and do there job in a professional manner. As an owner YOU should be embarrassed.

To sum it up, this was the worst customer service I've experienced in years! I could have understood the attitude if the place were packed, but I was the only customer there.

Have you heard the saying, "This is so bad I want to give it a zero, but that's not possible, so I give it a 1"? That's exactly how I feel about this restaurant. The customer service was terrible. They actually yelled at me when I got confused about my order because they misspelled my name.

The kitchen staff do not wear gloves and maintain poor hygiene. It's absolutely disgusting and quite disappointing.
