The Botanist Alderley Edge

Sadly our food was disappointing! The crispy mushrooms didn't look appetising didn't taste great either, my friend left half of them. My daughter I shared the camembert loved the presentation but the bread was over baked difficult to eat. The hidden chutney inside burnt the roof of my mouth. The hanging kebabs were great, as was the sharing board! We had a new waitress serving us, but she was very friendly attentive. The live music later in the evening made for a lovely atmosphere!

Was disappointed, been to botanist Manchester and it was excellent, food was not good, staff tried but seemed to be struggling. Gravy was awful. Atmosphere was good and the venue is nice. Veggie options had run out on quite a few options. Let's hope it improves a bit. Parking: No parking whatsoever Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
