Urban Fusion - ALDINGA BEACH

The menu offers a selection of standard Australian-Asian cuisine at a fair price, with quality ranging from terrible to satisfactory. Most dishes in the display are lukewarm and dry, depending on how late you visit. The other dishes are standard, but the quality can vary based on the time and how busy they are. If I had to recommend one dish, it would be their soups as they have been the most consistent in my experience. The service is okay, with the staff being good enough but not particularly attentive. If you prefer super chatty service, you may want to look elsewhere. They are quick to rectify any issues with the food if you bring it to their attention, as long as it hasn't been half eaten. The wait times can vary, but typically are not too long. The seating area is small, as most customers opt for takeaway. The tables are always clean, and staff regularly wipe them down. In general, Urban Fusion is a decent restaurant for a cheap Asian fusion meal. Their customer service is adequate, and they appear to follow basic food safety and hygiene practices. While you may not get the best value for your money, that seems to be a common theme these days. I would give it a generous 3-star rating.

The restaurant served raw meat on the satays, the fried rice was also unpleasant. I got sick and had to spend a lot of time on the toilet. I would recommend avoiding this place if you value your health. I informed the staff and was offered a refund, but I have not received it yet. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

There are other Asian restaurants that I prefer over this one, but it's convenient when passing by. Personally, I favor the Chinese restaurant in Willunga.

Hands-down the best Pad Thai I've had in a long time! The portion sizes are good, the food is delicious and the price is decent. The staff are always really friendly and I always see people waiting for food there, so it's clearly a favourite...among locals! I'm definitely going to be a regular from now on. Everything I've had so far has been made well and with obvious care and expertise.
