Sapori Del Salento - Alessano

I was there last night (Saturday) with few diners in the room. My wife and I ordered the pizza and after a little wait it arrived with practically raw sausage and onion. I called the waiter 's attention and he very kindly apologized for the inconvenience and alerted the very young, perhaps non-Italian, pizza chef to remedy it immediately. Time passes, my wife and my children finish dinner, the table of young people behind me, impatient with the wait, get up and leave. My hunger increases and my patience fades. The waiter comes back and notes what happened. Beg verbally so he gets busy. My pizza arrives, nothing has changed. I bring a saucer over and take out the onion and the raw meat, which I cut up to give more attention to the red of the soggy minced meat. I invite the waiter to show it to the pizza chef. He asks me: what do you want me to do? I answer him: it 's late! I will eat what is left in my children 's eagerness to return. I immediately ask for the bill. No concern to dampen what happened. Full price for my pizza! With sausage and onion. I thank you and say GOODBYE.

A wide choice on the menu, the pizzas are very good, and then we ate a huge grill of meat, in a family atmosphere with the owners who are exceptional people. Prices are very good.

Not a very strategic location, the owner is a good person, the food is quite good, both meat and fish, the portions are right and the staff is quite knowledgeable

Putting a star is like praising this place. Bad, bad in everything. Last experience I'll explain briefly: An infinite menu, trofie with seafood drowned in water as well as a pizza, extremely raw pittule and much more that is too long to explain. I would also advise against dogs (without contempt for them). Experienced in person several times. Regretfully I will have to be served elsewhere! It will be a closed chapter!

If you think you will find a beautiful place you are wrong, but you will surely find a welcoming and comfortable place as if you were at home, the food is excellent and plentiful, quality for money is exceptional, only one flaw: the owner is too too too unpleasant, but on the other hand he has a very sweet and good wife...hahahaha .
