Bellino's - Alexandria

This is my favorite restaurant in Alexandria. I adore the atmosphere and the staff are top-notch! The authentic Italian cuisine is to die for. Their lasagna, meatballs, and Caprese salad are must-tries!

I loved the Italian sausage and the chicken parmesan at this restaurant! The sausage gumbo and the kick were also excellent. The service was great and the atmosphere was welcoming. The restaurant displays creative artwork. They are only open two days a week, on Thursdays and Fridays. I can't wait to try their meatballs. The service is fast.

Very good food, but minus 2 because it's pricey. $17 for a salad?

I ordered the Pompodoro (primavera fettucine) and it was wonderful. Cream sauce was light and lovely and the presentation was great (they added sliced cherry tomatoes for color to an otherwise bland looking dish). The bread was light and fresh baked and served with garlic butter . . . yummy. We were here on business, so only ate once, but the locals said the best steaks in town can be found at Bellino's. You cannot go wrong here!
