Domino's Pizza - Alexandria

These people answer NIE after 9:00 the phone! I just called SIX times and they let the phone ring off the hook! Trash.

I had a fantastic experience with the delivery. My order was always fresh and accurate.

I have order from this place 2 times and every time I got the worse service that you could not believe that I was trying to contact the manager and hanged, is exaggerated and I will not come back

Here’s the timeline of our latest frustrating experience: - **6:09 PM:** Placed an order for two large pizzas through the Domino's app. - **6:30 PM:** Pizzas came out of the oven. - **6:52 PM:** Pizzas left the store with an estimated delivery time of 7:42 PM (over an hour after being made). The driver had at least two other deliveries to make before reaching us, and they were heading in the opposite direction. - **6:54 PM:** I called the store to address the potential for cold pizza before it was delivered. - **7:04 PM:** The staff finally answered and was rude, showing no concern. We asked three times to speak to the manager. - **7:08 PM:** The manager, Kadisha, finally got on the phone and was just as rude. She claimed the app had misled us and that the only option was to cancel the order. When we mentioned we would escalate our complaint to her area manager, she told us to go ahead and abruptly hung up at 7:11 PM. - **7:26 PM:** The driver arrived with the pizza, which had now been sitting out for nearly an hour. He left it at our doorstep and rushed back to his car as we got to the door. The store didn't even inform the driver that we had canceled our order. By that point, we had already ordered from Papa John's. I understand that things can get hectic at times, but if that’s the case, don’t prepare the pizza until you’re ready to deliver it; letting it sit in the store or in a car for an hour is just unacceptable. For comparison, our order from Papa John's at 7:20 PM arrived fresh and hot at 7:54 PM, delivered with exceptionally friendly service!

Terrible service. After two hours and a second phone call, I was told the pizza never even left the store. This is unbelievable. I genuinely hope this review influences someone's choice to go with a different company.
