Ledo Pizza - Alexandria

I struggle with rating Ledo’s. Their pizza is fantastic, their wings are great; which makes me want to give 5 stars. Reason for not: several visits over the years have caused some unpleasant (not bad) employee encounters. Just not as friendly as they could be. As well as being told the wrong pick up time. FYI 15 minutes to them is really 25 minutes. This has actually been the case at multiple Ledo’s. Don’t get me wrong, love their food!

The quality of the pizza here is exceptional and their steak and cheese sandwich is delicious. I love that they have a variety of salads to choose from, even though I end up choosing the same one every time, Garden Salad. They have new and creative additions to their menu like Jerk pizza, Mac& cheese pizza every now and then, which are always a lot of fun to try. I can’t ask for more, thank you staying open!

I've never had a bad experience with this Ledos until yesterday. I had a gluten free pizza and there was hair sticking out from under a piece of pepperoni. I wished that I had more time on my lunch break, because I would've returned it and gotten my money back. I had to throw the rest of the pizza in the trash. Very disappointed.
