Mcdonald's - Alexandria

Fries were cold and extra salty. Staff was inattentive except for drive thru orders. Several were on the phone. The staff member that handed me my food, seems like she was under the influence. Cup lids were not in stock at the filling station for my size. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Waited 10 minutes at the register due to paying with cash. Staff including a manager walked by several times no assistance. Went to the kiosk and another family walked up to the register and within 1 minute were being helped. Changed my mind and walked out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went on Sunday morning to grab breakfast. There was one car ahead of mine. They screwed up my order. I had ordered a meal and got no hasbrown. I had ordered a bagel sandwich and got the wrong one. I had asked for hot sauce for the burritos beforehand and got nothing. Then when I tried to call to get it rectified, the number hangs up on you. The only option is to leave a message on the main company’s number and hope that someone will get back to you. Would not recommend this place.

Horrible place, so many flies in the cookies jar, wait long is crazy long
