I like their half sandwich and half soup lunch. It's a bit pricey but always delicious.

How far Panera has fallen. $12 for watery broccoli cheddar soup with no solids larger than a grain of sand, a 2 long baguette, and a tiny sweet iced tea that you have to sweeten yourself. The order screen shows a bowl of soup in a nice ceramic bowl but all you get is a paper cup masquerading as a bowl. Service? Your food gets thrown onto a counter and your name gets called. Nope, last time at Panera bread.

I found this particular Panera exceeded expectations. Full sized grilled cheese and tomato soup, and baguette. The soup was hot and the grilled cheese was done to perfection. This review is accurate.

They forgot my side with my side order. When i came back they gave me a free cookie for my trouble. Good customer service.
