Papa Johns Pizza - Alexandria

Unfathomable environment. Male Cashier was non communicative, irresponsible, and confused. Failed completion of order. Inefficient taking address/phone number. Multiple pauses while engaging in pleasant socializing with other workers. Failure attempting to look up a recent order. Lacking basic English skills. Rude, impatient, disrespectful. Unfortunately this location is non-functional with phone orders and addressing a manager/co-worker requested. Non-functional restaurant on customer service end.

We consistently get a good pizza here. Yes you need to customize the order to get it your way . We go for the thin crust, square cut veggie pizza and follow the baseball and basketball specials to save some money. Pizza is ready when we get there to pick it up. Nothing special but consistent, easy and inexpensive with the coupon.

The crew at the store is always nice and provides great service!We had one unpleasant experience with one of their delivery drivers before, but ordered carry out only after that and always had good experiences.

This papa johns is absolutely terrible. Every time i order the food is wrong and the service is terrible. I had a manager hang up in my face when i asked to have my order

Ordered food and they didn’t give us the right dessert and didn’t give us the sauces we paid for. Pizza was bland and soggy.
