Feedback gevenI always came to this pot. I usually have good experiences. I went in tonight, there were 3 young employees. They were all standing around for the first minutes, I thought they were just organizing their section. But soon after that one of them looks at me and says? I'm not making sandwiches anymore, I'm washing dishes? the other two stare at me and continue to whisper among themselves. Needless to say, I didn't order my sandwich, took my business to a broiler!! You don't need these kids running the show without adults. Bad business, terrible attitudes.
I come to this location frequently never have i experienced this. But i was there yesterday and got the Chicken Salad on Wheat in Big size. the sandwich was wrapped up when i sat down to eat half of it i ate it. The Second half was still wrapped up i sat down today to eat it and a dead Fly came out of the sandwich. This is so disgusting to the core! I called today and spoke to the Manager who doesn't have time to credit me what i spent but she offered to make me another sandwich. I am sorry i lost my appetite to eat from there again! I mean this Dead fly literally dropped out of a fully wrapped sandwich with the Lettuce and chicken salad. I would like a full refund please! I don't have a receipt as i never take the receipt. I have been coming there for years but this was a first and last.
Typically there is great service and I love the sandwiches. I ordered a delivery for postmates for two sandwiches and it took an hour and a half to make and get delivered. The postmates guy was waiting for an hour. I called to ask the status of my order and they claimed they were so busy and the lady on the phone said ?I don?t know what you want me to tell you? meanwhile the postmates guy said there was no one in the shop. I am very disappointed with the service and customer service of the lady on the phone.
I have never been to a Potbelly before and decided to check it out today. It was a Saturday, around 10ish AM, when I walked in. It happened to be about a ten minute walk from my place and the weather was nice. I decided to order the Mediterranean (on wheat) while also grabbing a Diet Coke and a bag of Zapp 's Hotter 'N Hot Jalapeno Chips. Before I forget, let me point out, that the menus both in the store and online show the calories. Perfect for those of us trying to watch their calorie intake for health reasons. The meal was a total of 690 calories. Not bad for a brunch. The staff were friendly and the sandwich marker (or artist) asked me a few questions to make sure I got what I wanted on the sandwich. The cashier was also friendly and effective. It likely helped that there was no crowds during my time in the shop. The sandwich was fresh and I ate it in the shop itself. The chairs, tables, and floor were clean. It likely helps that the sandwich is wrapped in paper AND in a tiny slip of a bag. As long as you use the bag and paper as a 'plate ' it hard to make a mess. Also, the heat from the chips was a perfect addition to the freshness and texture of the hummus and the other toppings in the sandwich. I think I will try that combo in the future. I also used the restroom, which was also clean, but is family style. In other words, if three men need to use the men 's restroom two will have to wait. Not a problem just something to remember. Overall, the price was more than fair, the food was wonderful, the atmosphere was friendly, and it was a nice way to start my day and my weekend. I can 't stress enough how nice it was to have a relaxing meal AND how listing the calories on the menu really helps a person who is trying to keep track of such information. You would THINK listing calories on the menu would be the NORM but there are still places out there that do not do so. Also, the sandwich and chips were filling. I ended up taking half of my Diet Coke home to finish off. I will likely be coming back to this location in the future as it is a healthy choice when compared to the other local food places in the same area. And slightly cheaper. Additional Went again last weekend. Got there shortly after they opened. Still clean, friendly, fast, and this time also got one of the tiny brownies. Only bad thing I could think of was the brownie, for its size, has 440 calories. Ouch. Still, pretty good though. Update So, Saturday is was hot and I decided to see how well delivery was with Potbelly. Sadly, they use Doordash. But, let me explain how well it went. I ordered a Vegetarian sandwich and a Coke Zero. Total for the food was 8.00. Add tax, delivery fee, service fee, and tip and it comes to 13.51. Which isn 't that bad. But Sunday I went and got a sandwich, soda, chips, and cookie for a total of 9.92. True, the cookie was a free one, but still. So, I have to point out the online menu is a tad confusing. While they lis
This is my first time at a potbelly?s and I thought it was pretty good. The shop was really cute with fun pictures on the walls and stuff. I ordered the mushroom melt which was one of two vegetarian options for sandwiches. It was quite good. The Mac and cheese reminded me of the Panera bread Mac and cheese which is pretty good. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Great place for lunch.
