Sora Ethiopian Market - Alexandria

We recently had the best Ethiopian food in a long time! We ordered the 8-veggie vegetarian platter and it was delicious.

Everything was amazing! The owner took time to tell us about the cuisine. We?re new to the area and she talked to us for a while and gave good advice. Service was outstanding! This will be our new go-to spot for Ethiopian cuisine!

I was in the Alexandria area and I am familiar with that location as I used to live across the street from Sora. I was searching for restaurants and came across this one when I typed in "restaurants near me". The reason I decided to try this restaurant out was because of the great reviews. The cleanliness was outstanding and the food was incredibly tasty and delicious. I even wanted to order a second plate but the owner was busy with another customer. Sora definitely earned this 5-star review.

I had a wonderful experience trying Ethiopian food at this restaurant. The flavors were delicious and the service was exceptional. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. A must-visit for sure!

Great neighborhood location, very reasonably priced and the food is outstanding! Searing is limited to about 25, but carry out is available. Stop in for a meal or coffee and you will not be disappointed!
