Feedback gevenI’m usually reticent to leave a negative review for a franchise, but this is one of the less competently run Starbucks franchises I’ve seen in the area, and has been consistently that way as long as I’ve visited it. Employees take much longer than average to acknowledge customers and take orders. They have staff standing around with latte samples instead of behind the counter when there’s a rush, and it’s clear they could be responsive to customers elsewhere. Multiple staff at the register have failed to understand simple orders in native English with clear diction. I’ve seen other locations with equal staff be substantially more effective. Clear room for improvement.
Just ordered a Frappuccino. Clean restroom and property. Friendly staff.
Guy messed my order up he was nonchalant. If I am going to pay almost $7 for a drink I want it the way I like it.
I went in on my special day, my birthday. The Starbucks app was supposed to scan for my free drink. It didn’t work and the barista nor his colleague would honor this. It clearly showed on the personal info page my birthdate grayed out. It was terrible customer service. They should have a workaround if the app isn’t functioning correctly. I was really looking forward to enjoying my free drink. I left and won’t be back.
I never know what I'm going to get when I order from here...it could be good one day and not good at all the next for the same drink. I had to call today and advised that my frappe was all ice and if they could make me another one, spoke to the manager. I brought the old drink in so they didn't think I was trying to get anything free. Seemed very nonchalant, not one apology, either on the phone or in person. So upset.
