T-zo Vietnamese Cuisine - Alexandria

If you're looking for authentic northern Vietnamese cuisine, T-zo is the place for you! I had been searching across the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region for a proper Hanoi Pho, but no restaurant had quite nailed it until I found T-zo. The pho here tastes just like home - light, refreshing, and served with Gi?m Ph?. They also offer other delicious dishes like Pork Skewers (Thit Xien), Bun Cha, and Egg Coffee. I now only get my Pho fix from T-zo and nowhere else. I highly recommend supporting this business - you won't regret it!

This restaurant made me feel like I was back home. I have been searching for a place to enjoy Northern Vietnamese cuisine in cities like Boston, NYC, and Orlando for a while, but I couldn't find it anywhere. The pho at T-zo is 90-95% authentic to Hanoi and I am grateful for the owner's dedication. If you visit this restaurant, I highly recommend trying the stir-fried beef pho, Hanoi style bun cha, and the egg hot chocolate.

I was disappointed to receive an extra large portion of soy sauce with my vermicelli salad noodles. Additionally, I found it unsettling when the staff mentioned giving me non-toxic containers that I had already paid for on previous occasions. I appreciate the gesture of not charging me for the hot food this time, but consistency in pricing should be standard for all customers. Please refrain from reaching out if you are not open to constructive feedback. Unfortunately, the lackluster food quality and confusing communication have led me to give this establishment a rating of less than 2 stars. The overpriced burnt fried rice, bland noodles, and unsavory wrap options have left me with a negative impression. It is important to prioritize the health and well-being of all consumers by using appropriate containers and providing clear communication. I wish the restaurant the best of luck in improving their practices.

The owner cares deeply about his business, which is always an excellent start. He walked us through the various menu items before we ordered at the self service tablet. He 's very into it, which is amazing. This is likely different Vietnamese foodthan you 've had before, i.e. a different region, less represented in the DC area. We loved a few items, but would pass on a fewothers. The beverages were excellent! The Pho beef was amazing, again, different than most Pho I 've had before. The egg basedrolls were also a definite 'get again '. The wings and egg rolls were on the normal range. I would definitely come back for theaforementioned recommend above.

Top notch service! Been coming here for a while now and this place never disappoints. Food quality is delicious and on point. Love their beef pho, fried rice and spring rolls, but their honey siracha wings are fire. But I think what really makes thisplace shine is the staff. Super friendly and very informative, esp. on the sauces that match well with certain dishes yes, IHIGHLY recommend this place!
