Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Alexandria

I placed an order online but received the wrong items, and three items were completely missing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Good morning! I visit this Tropical Smoothie location almost every day, and they consistently deliver outstanding service. The staff working during the weekdays is incredibly customer-oriented and always greet you with a smile. I felt compelled to ask for their names, as they truly deserve recognition for their hard work. Lilian, Angie, Alicia, and Yeni, please keep up the fantastic work you do every day—it certainly shows! I highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie location without any hesitation.

Worst tropical Smoothie place I've been to. I ordered the chicken chorizo(don't want chorizo)wrap, and all I had in my wrap was chips, lots of lettuce, some black beans, and rice No chicken. Waste of money. I'm never going there again.

Clean, awesome customer service, employees seemed to work well

I really like coming to this location, but I did not like my experience with one of the staff. She literally ignored me and went to other customers. She never acknowledged me. I’m not sure what that was about. I came closer to the register and she never bothered to ask me anything. However Alicia was very pleasant, she acknowledged me and offered me a smoothie and apologized for the order. The rude young lady was a young Caucasian girl with short hair and tattoos. She needs to get some extra training in customer service. I like coming to the King Street location because it closer to my job, but I don’t mind taking my money elsewhere. Thank Alicia for your positive attitude she’s an excellent example of great customer service.
