Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Alexandria

Love a good smoothie, but I hate a long wait. I 'm not trying to be that guy, but I waited nearly 20 minutes to put in my order. Perhaps Tropical Smoothie Cafe needs to hire more personnel... it 's not my call. But, a twenty minute wait to place an order for a drink is a bit much. But, my smoothie was delicious! So, there 's that.

Took about 40 minutes just for them to take my order for one smoothie. You have one girl in the kitchen making the food and eating at the same time. So nasty and she didn't even wash her hands. I will not be returning nor will I recommend anyone to this location.

The staff was great and the service was prompt. Definitely recommend placing the orders online and picking up from the store. A few people were able to walk in and pick there food/drink up while I waited. The store was clean. Overall a great experience. The smoothie and quesadilla we ordered was just right.

Customer service is good but the smoothies which I mainly came here for are super skimpy and they add sugar which they don?t show on the menu. The açaí they have is the juice not even the actual fruit this business is a RIPOFF.

I've tried numerous Tropical Smoothie locations and my Chai Banana Boost has been perfect at some locations and watery and gross at others. This location is definitely top 3. And customer service is very nice as well. I'd recommend this location
