We went tonight and were told by a young man that it was a ten-minute waiting period. Another couple waited and we thought, no problem?. Then a third couple came in and sat right away. The other couple looked at us, and we all looked sharp and waited. We didn't sit well in the ten minutes, in fact we were ignored. We left. When we came home, my husband called to let the young man know his actions cost the restaurant business. His reaction was to tell us it wasn't his fault. Apparently the third couple said they wanted to sit on the terrace. We would have liked to have placed there if we had offered the option. There was no sign that terrace seats were immediately. The young man seemed like he didn't care, and we left him.

Great customer service. Bartender was on point and so friendly. Update: Came on Vday and my waitress is so sweet. Thanks Alexus for letting me and my son have a great date... even though he fell asleep half way thru. Everything was great and this Peach Winter Margarita was delicious. Got kinda busy in here as well! We made it right before the rush.
