Wegmans - Alexandria

Wegman’s is expensive but has a lot of specialty items. I love the vegan and vegetarian sushi.

I can grab a well marked vegan lunch to go! Everything is well marked in terms of what it caters too, you pay by weight.

Lots of vegan options and the prices are better than Whole Foods

Quite impressed with the overall options and labeling of vegan items especially for a large chain grocery store. Their vegan meat analogues have a good texture but the 'chicken ' at least tasted off. We have yet to try their other options. Best place in the area for vegan options. We like it about the same as whole foods.

It's the perfect spot to go out to eat with young children! There is live music every Friday night, so our kids can eat pizza and dance, then play in the kids' corner and watch cartoons. And adults can buy drinks in The Pub, just be prepared for a long line at the bar and have your ID ready because they card everyone.
