Cafe 101 - Alexandria

WORST CAFE EVER !!! The older guy who making coffee is horrible, he is incredible RUDE to customers. the price is expensive as well.  We will NEVER go there again !

Waiting for Godot. This may have been the longest wait of our lives to get a simple meal at this rather simple cafe. No table service and the man at the counter said it would take 15 minutes as they were busy on this Queen's birthday holiday. No problem except it took over an hour and two enquiries that produced assurances but no food. The final straw was the couple who ordered towards the end of the hour long wait and got their food in five minutes. Finally, I was brought my roast beef sandwich (one hour!) but Mrs P received the wrong meal, enduring several more minutes of waiting. Cafe 101 is the only food outlet at the shopping centre which may explain the complacency and incompetence, not to mention the very ordinary and over-priced food. The centre management really should take a look at this operation. Never again; my advice is hop in the car and drive.

Stood in a line for 10 minutes just to orderOne person taking orders who then runs around leaving the till to tell others what the order is.

Avoid out of principal I would give zero but can't They wanted to charge me $2.50 for hot water so I could sterilise my babas medicine measure.
