Feedback gevenThis chicken shop is decent, but nothing exceptional. I used to believe in the hype surrounding Nandos as an amazing fast food chicken chain, but the reality is that it's not much better than Oporto, although their chicken may be slightly superior. I have ordered from this Nandos a few times now and it has been average each time. I understand that my expectations should be lowered with UberEats deliveries, but every time I have ordered, the chips have been delivered cold. The burger was okay, the chicken was fresh and juicy, but I didn't find their hottest chilli sauce to be as spicy as expected. The amount of sauce on the burger was minimal, making it not much better than Oporto's Picante Sauce. While it's not as bad as Ogalo, it's not much better than an average Oporto. It certainly doesn't compare to the Oporto in Waterloo, and falls short of the quality found at the Portuguese shops in Petersham.
I ordered a whole chicken with large sides and paella, and it was a huge disappointment. We have ordered from and eaten at Nando's a lot, but tonight was terrible. The whole chicken was burned and black in color. If I weren't in quarantine, I would have taken it back and shown it to the owner/manager. It tasted horrible and was a pathetic experience. I feel like they ripped me off. I have pictures available as proof if the store manager wants to see them.
Absolute worst service ever from nandos, after the half hour wait I decided to make a zomato account simply because this place is so terrible. Avoid if you can.
Worst Nando's in Sydney.. Pathetic customer service and long wait times with barely a person in there. Other stores seem much more structured.
