Zum Scharfen Eck - Alfeld

We were on a hiking trip and were warmly welcomed by the inn and offered a self-cooked dinner. The rooms are simple, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious with fruit from the garden. Would I book again!

Nice place with beautiful beer garden for hikers, motorcyclists and locals. Very good Franconian food and really friendly staff. Unfortunately, I have to take a point because of the very long waiting period on Sunday afternoon. Only an operation for the outside area that picks up orders and collects them is clearly too little.

Was on 05.01.2020 and today 13.01.2020 at the Gasthof Hirsch, Förrenbach. At the first visit a cattle liver she was excellent, sufficient of the amount and just as she should be. Today on the 13th January a beef roast, which was again very, very good. Very nice service(s). Eating has been served very timely, is also very much visited by hikers.
