We tried the famous paella, unfortunately I must confess that I did not find it much of my pleasure. is a set of ingredients, some unidentified, and with very large pieces of meat and a little hard, sincerely the paella I prefer only by sea. also arrived just warm and cooled immediately. I know that it is cooked apart and then transferred to these pans with which it is served at the table, but I recommend to make them boiling these pans because to eat rice, crustaceans and other cold is not pleasant. nothing to say about wine, very good, and the kindness and courtesy of the managers and waiters!
