Lisa went above and beyond on my to go order that was original messed up by door dash. Will absolutely be ordering directly from the store from here on out. Thank you Lisa and her wonderful staff!
Called on 08/2/22 at 7pm. Had to hang up and call back twice. Once someone finally answered, i asked if i could place an order to go. The lady that answered was very rude and said sorry were backed up and not accepting any orders at this time and to callback in 30 min if I wanted. I said so your not accepting any orders at all? She said no sorry and hung up on me. The lady wasextremely rude. Advise to go to the chilis in Crystal Lake instead.
Food tastes okay , salsa was salty . Mango Iced tea was really good .
Our server did a great job and we tipped her for great service; however, the food quality was poor for one of the family members. Chipotle Chicken Mexican bowl did not taste right, and we complained to the server. She agreed to remove it from thebill; however, the manager declined to do so. The salad was not fresh, and my family member later got sick. We have beeneating at different Chili's restaurants for the last 20+ years, and this was one of the worst experiences we ever had. I don'tthink they care about customer service at this location. If they did, the manager could either make a new meal or give usrefund for poor quality entry. I hope the corporate HQ will look into this poor food quality issue.
