Dairy Queen (treat) - Algonquin

Where do I start with the service. Firstly, why are they not using gloves when handling ice-cream cones? In the flu season and epidemic this is not acceptable! Another service update, I arrive at around 9:50 pm, 10 minutes to closing time, The sign says open, the employees are inside, I knocked on the window, they look at me and just keep mopping. where is customer service? i’m OK with them telling me they’re near closing time and not serving anymore but just to disregard a customer like that is disrespectful. Their ice cream is good but I wish they had more education for their staff on customer service. needless to say, never coming to this branch again. Management at Dairy Queen has been very poor this year.

I have always loved this dairy Queen, but tonight I came here and felt so unwelcomed by the employees. It was a group of teenage girls that looked like they wanted nothing to do with working there. Those types of situations are always disappointing

Went to this DQ. Wasn't busy i was 1st in line. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered med vanilla cone and med twist cone. Received a small vanilla and a small twist that was 80% chocolate. Very disappointing. Won't go back.

We stopped in for just a small treat. Hubby got a small twinkle cone.. I got a small butterscotch Sunday with whipped cream and nuts. Love the drive thru.. we've always like dairy queen..

Stopped by for a treat after shopping. Staff friendly and efficient. Glad it's in the neighborhood
