Feedback gevenHave been her twice and totally enjoyed both visits, the food is 1st rate and the service is excellent.
I was excited and curious to try this restaurant. The waiter spoke very little English and kept on talking to us in Spanish. After a lot of pointing and gesturing, we thought we had gotten our order through. First the waiter returned and told us that neither the mushrooms or the shrimps were available. Ok ,we decided to skip ordering something else. As we had trouble asking if there was anything served with the meat, we ordered chips and spicy potatoes (which never came). My husband had the entre cote which was just ok. I ordered the Duck confit. It was cooked completely wrong. According to a professional chef, the meat is supposed to be cooked slowly so the meat marinates in the duck fat. The meat should be so tender that it almost falls from the bone. The duck I got was not cooked through and somehow yet dry. No flavor. Given the language barriers, I did not complain. I include a picture so you can see for yourself.
This was a real surprise and we were thrilled it was open in late JAnuary/February the food was really delicious we were the only diners so there was no 'ambience ' but the food was first class waitress did not speak much English but we got by no we had a really lovely meal funky interior really worth a visit we will be back
